Colin Dunmore spent eleven years inside large professional services firms before deciding that the work he cared about most kept getting buried under layers of process. He had led programme governance reviews for a regional infrastructure authority and spent three years as a senior analyst at a mid-size management consultancy, where he developed a habit of mapping every dependency before touching a single deliverable. In 2017 he founded Oracle Elm Meadow to work directly with leadership teams who needed that same rigour without the overhead. Outside the office, he keeps a small vegetable plot and reads widely in systems theory. He believes the clearest sign of a well-run engagement is that the client can explain the logic themselves by the time it closes.
